Design management has been a rising field for decades, but only recently has the technical side of that area caught up.
Because designers make the infrastructure to be sold, they have not had the ability to focus on management, which has meant that the software and tools that they were using were not optimised for their own use.
What this means is that what has emerged however, is a whole new approach to business and leadership, managed by the designers themselves, which is communicative and educated.
While on the Blockchain, design management is a built-in function, because of how modern entrepreneurship works for distributed teams, so it couldn’t be more applicable as a methodology to look at when developing a new technology based venture.
